Arrival

We are at the hotel every day from 6:30 am to 3:00 p. and take care of a great breakfast and perfectly clean rooms. What we don’t have: a large reception behind which we spend our day.

Check-in takes place from 3 pm via our terminal at the main entrance. It’s very easy to use – we tested it with both our children and our grandparents. All you have to do is enter your own last name or booking number. If the room has not yet been paid for online, you can pay directly at the terminal with a debit or credit card.

The key you then receive opens both the respective room and our two hotel entrances. From then on: mi casa es su casa.

One day before arrival, all guests will receive an email from us explaining the check-in in detail. If you have any questions during check-in, we can be reached by phone at any time and will be happy to help.

Stay

We have created two beautiful spots at the main entrance and in the conservatory for working, reading, meeting people… There are also freely accessible drinks refrigerators in both areas. Das Lola is a lively place where you can move freely and discover your favorite place.

Breakfast

We get to know our guests at breakfast. And they us. You can start the day relaxed in our conservatory or on the terrace. We offer milk, eggs, sausage and cheese exclusively in organic quality. We source most of our fruit and vegetables from the region.

Children

Are you planning to bring your whole crew with you? Children up to the age of six stay and have breakfast with us free of charge – we are happy to prepare everything for you, from a cot to a bottle warmer, for a relaxing stay.
In some of the large double rooms we can also set up an extra bed for older children. This will be charged at an additional €30.00 on top of the room rate. Breakfast costs half price for children up to 12 years old.

Hunde

Hunde sind bei uns herzlich willkommen und werden mit € 15,00 Aufschlag auf den Zimmerpreis berechnet. Gästen mit Tierhaar-Allergie möchten wir wiederum garantieren, dass sie ein Zimmer erhalten, dass noch nie ein Hund betreten hat. Daher bitten wir Sie, Ihren Hund telefonisch oder per E-Mail bei uns anzukündigen.

In jeder Zimmerkategorie haben wir hundefreundliche Zimmer festgelegt, von denen der Weg in den Wald besonders kurz ist.
